Resumo

O recrutamento envolve muitas etapas preparatórias, pois se procura olhar para o que a companhia e o mercado têm a oferecer e para os passos que serão dados a fim de aproximar o candidato qualificado ao cargo claramente definido. As pessoas se tornaram essenciais nas organizações, pois sem elas certamente não existiriam as organizações, além disso, é através delas que todos os trabalhos são realizados e por isso elas são consideradas bens intangíveis, ou seja, as empresas contam com seus conhecimentos, suas atitudes, suas criatividades e motivações. Neste trabalho será relatada a importância das pessoas dentro da empresa e como encontra-las para torná-las colaboradoras.

Abstract

Recruitment involves many preparatory steps as we try to look at what the company and the market have to offer and the steps that will be given in order to approximate the qualified candidate for the position clearly defined. People have become essential in organizations because they certainly would not exist without the organizations, moreover, it is through them that all works are carried out and why they are considered intangible assets, companies rely on their knowledge, attitudes, their creativity and motivation. This work will be reported to the importance of people within the company and how to find them to make them collaborators.
