Frederick Winslow Taylor

Biografia:
Nasceu na Filadélfia, Pensilvânia (EUA), no dia 20 de março de 1856. Morreu no dia 21 de março de 1915 de pneumonia. Filho de Emily Annette Winslow e Franklin Taylor, foi casado com Louise M. Spooner e adotaram os órfãos: Kempton, Robert e Elizabeth. Foi engenheiro mecânico e ganhou a Medalha Elliott Cresson (1902). Foi o Pai da Administração Científica.

Jules Henri Fayol

Biografia
Nasceu em Istambul, dia 29 de Julho de 1841 e morreu em Paris no dia 19 de Novembro de 1925. Filho de pais franceses. Seu pai André Fayol, um contramestre em metalurgia, casou-se com Adélaïde Saulé e teve três filhos, Marie Henriette, Madeleine e Henri Josephi.
