FERRAMENTA DE APOIO AO GERENCIAMENTO DE MUDANÇAS:
UM ESTUDO DE CASO

RESUMO

Este trabalho tem a finalidade de apresentar como a Gestão Integrada de pode ser aplicada em projetos afim de anular ou diminuir os impactos negativos, seguido da análise e desenvolvimento de uma aplicação de apoio a Gestão Integrada de Mudanças. Foi realizado um estudo de caso na empresa CODEME para os benefícios obtidos após a sua implementação na CODEME Engenharia S/A. Para de identificar os benefícios desta metodologia, foi realizada uma pesquisa na organização com os usuários da aplicação ao final do período da implementação. O sucesso na busca do objetivo deste trabalho, conforme o estudo de caso, mostra que a empresa poderá gerenciar os processos de mudanças dos projetos de maneira mais eficiente, mitigando ou anulando os impactos negativos sobre eles.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to present how the Integrated Management of Change (an important sub process of Project Management of PMBOK3) can be applied in order to prevent or reduce the negative impacts, followed by the analysis and development of an application to support projects Integrated Change Management so that through a case study of the benefits obtained after its implementation in CODEME Engenharia S/A are identified. To identify the benefits of this methodology, a research organization in the application users at the end of the implementation period was performed. The successful pursuit of the goal of this work, as the case study shows that the company can manage the change process and the projects more efficiently, mitigating or offsetting the negative impacts on them.

1. INTRODUÇÃO Atualmente, diversas ações de inovação e crescimento com base em projetos vem sendo adotadas nas empresas. Segundo o PMI1 (2008), projeto
