Resumo
A empresa Terbl foi criada pelo grupo com o objetivo de ser uma empresa de logística diferenciada no ramo, trabalhando não só com transporte, mas também com Assessoria, fazendo a gestão dentro e fora da empresa com profissionais e equipe qualificados no ramo. Ao longo da pesquisa o grupo observou essa diferença onde a empresa consegue realizar todo o seu fluxo logístico de modo eficiente e eficaz, fazendo com que o ciclo do pedido se cumpra, chegando até ao cliente o produto certo, na hora certa, no lugar certo e nas condições desejadas. Isto é possível porque existe planejamento e suas operações por categorias de produtos favorecem a vantagem competitiva e suas relações interpessoais complementam na sustentabilidade de seus negócios, dos quais favorecem as necessidades dos clientes.

Abstract
The company Terbl was created by a group of adults with the goal of being a logistics company that stands among the best in the branch, working with not only transportation but also with consultancy, managing the company inside and outside with professionals and highly qualified staff. Throughout the research, the group noticed this difference where the company can realize its logistics tasks efficiently and effectively so that the cycle of requests is fulfilled, reaching the customer with the right product at the right time, in the right place and in the desired conditions. This is possible because there is planning and operations by product category favor the competitive advantage, and their interpersonal relationships complement the sustainability of its business, of which favors the needs of customers.
