RESUMO

O presente estudo tem como objetivo o estudo da administração de pequenas empresas no ramo de confecção de roupas procurando enfatizar as relações humanas no ambiente do trabalho. Para tanto se abordou inicialmente a gestão de pequenas empresas, destacando-se as características do ramo de confecção de roupas. Na continuidade analisou-se o ambiente do trabalho e os recursos humanos, abordando ainda a gestão de pessoas. Por fim, analisou-se o papel do clima organizacional e a importância da construção de uma cultura organizacional na empresa. ABSTRACT

The present study it has as objective the study of the administration of small companies in the branch of confection of clothes looking for to emphasize the relations human beings in the environment of the work. For in such a way the management of small companies was approached initially, being distinguished the characteristics of the branch of confection of clothes. In the continuity one analyzed the environment of the work and the human resources, approaching still the management of people. Finally, one analyzed the paper of the organizational climate and the importance of the construction of a organizational culture in the company.
