CRESCIMENTO DA UTILIZAÇÃO DO SOFTWARE LIVRE NO GOVERNO BRASILEIRO.

RESUMO
O artigo abrangeu pequenas áreas de atuação do software livre. No início, demonstrando o auto potencial econômico anexado a atividade de produção de softwares e a inviabilidade de alguns projetos devido ao alto custo dos softwares proprietários, assim apresentado à alternativa do software livre dando sua definição, como começou essa onda de pensamento que teve inicio com Richard Stallman, diferenciando software livre de gratuito com bases nas licenças que lhe são atribuídas, demonstrando quais suas vantagens e desvantagens de utilização, o seu crescimento na indústria nacional e sua implementação no governo, que teve um alto impacto político, social e econômico, mostrando as diretrizes tomadas pelo governo para efetivar a migração para o software livre e mostrando a economia atingida com a efetivação de sua utilização.

ABSTRACT
The article covered small areas of the free software. Earlier, demonstrating the potential economic self-attached to software production activity and the inevitability of some projects due to the high cost of proprietary software, and presented the alternative of free software giving its definition, how did this wave of thought that began with Richard Stallman, differentiating software free with free bases in the licenses assigned to it, which demonstrates its advantages and disadvantages of use, its growth in the domestic industry and its implementation in the government, which had a high impact political, social and economic, showing the guidelines adopted by the government to carry out the migration to free software and showing the savings achieved through the effective implementation of its use.
