Amada Rodrigues will approve or deny change requests as appropriate, evaluate need for scope change requests and will accept project deliverables.
Project Manager
Joao Neto is the project manager. His authority is total in the sphere of the division and may engage third parties, make purchases and manage staff according to their own criteria. In case of need for external relations division, this authority and functional authority inherent in her position within the organization.
Team Lead
Celso Lourenco will measure and verify project scope, validate scope change requests, participate in impact assessments of scope change requests, communicate outcomes of scope change request to team and facilitate team level change review process.
Team Members
Diogo Ingles, Dario Bujas, Carlos Felipe, Milton Andre Manuel ingles, Auro Silva, this five members will participate in defining change resolutions, evaluate the need for scope changes and communicate them to the Project manager as necessary.
Project Definition
The project is to involve the diagnosis of the environment, purchases of software and hardware, and the creation of methodology, standardization and training of project personnel division. Schedule the project management division through a project office within the division established by corporative design matrix within a period of 180 calendar days from February 2013, with total estimated cost of $ 1.000.000.
Development Environment
• 150 licenses of Microsoft Project Professional 2012 with Microsoft Project web acess to all machines.
• Software for electronic document management server.
• SQL Server 2012 as a platform for database server.
• Windows.net server and Windows 7 for users and servers, respectively.
• Installation performed by the department.
• All programs will be acquired, except for server projects,
