RESUMO

Este projeto tem como objetivo aplicar os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos em aula, de forma prática através da coleta de dados e análise de uma empresa real.

Abordará o funcionamento da empresa Xxxxxxx Ltda em todos os seus setores, visando ainda inserir conhecimentos detalhados da estrutura e dos processos organizacionais por ela utilizados.

O trabalho exposto a seguir terá como finalidade fornecer dados coerentes e relevantes, baseados nas disciplinas ministradas até o momento do curso de Processo Gerenciais, onde serão vistos aspectos referentes Fundamentos da Administração, Técnicas em Informática e Recursos Materiais e Patrimoniais.

This project has as objective to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in lesson, of practical form through the collection of data and analysis of a real company.
