RESUMO O trabalho apresenta alguns conhecimentos das disciplinas de contabilidade, desenvolvimento de recursos humanos e estatística aplicada, os quais fazem parte de curso superior de tecnologia em recursos humanos, demonstrando algumas das muitas ferramentas para um melhor gerenciamento nas organizações. A empresa escolhida foi a Telecom Italia Mobile – TIM, que atua na área de telecomunicações e está presente em grande parte do país.

ABSTRACT
The paper presents some knowledge of the disciplines of accounting, human resources development and applied statistics, which are part of higher education technology in human resources, demonstrating some of the many tools for better management in organizations. The company chosen was the Telecom Italia Mobile - TIM, which operates in telecom and is present in much of the country.
