ABSTRACT

This work aims to facilitate the placement of tourists and Brazilians who visit Brazil during the World Cup 2014 and the Olympics in 2016, and terminals will be installed in the subway stations and strategic points of the city, facilitating access to information about where the games, means of transport and bus and taxi will be performed in addition to the tables with games and attractions of cities.
The terminals will be developed in a sustainable manner, and shall contain the information in eight different languages to facilitate access to information.
Moreover, we will see the procedures that lead to these facilities as fundamentals of operating systems and sustainable development and how everything will be done from the planning to the process facilities.
