RESUMO As matérias deste semestre foram de fundamental importância para um aprendizado e esclarecimento do andamento de uma empresa, por isso escolhi a empresa VOTORANTIM onde considerei suas ideias e seu sucesso fundamentais para o sucesso deste trabalho. A VOTORANTIM considera a avaliação de desempenho um fator importante e fundamental para o desenvolvimento da empresa. Por ser uma empresa familiar, considera seus funcionários parte essencial da empresa. Seu sistema acionário tem dado a todos os sócios e colaboradores grandes ganhos e prêmios. Quanto á administração de cargos e salários a empresa tem investido cada dia mais em seus funcionários e na maneira de administra-los para que se sintam especiais e valorizados.

ABSTRACT
