RESUMO

Este trabalho apresenta resultados de pesquisa acerca das práticas organizacionais de uma empresa. A estrutura administrativa de uma empresa é de total importância para que todos os seus processos possam caminhar corretamente para poder satisfazer seus clientes. O objetivo deste projeto é fazer com que os alunos possam compreender e identificar todos os processos organizacionais, avaliando sua estrutura administrativa na qual se faz saber a importância da execução precisa e exata das tarefas, podendo assim proporcionar um maior conhecimento às praticas que atualmente o mercado de trabalho exige.

ABSTRACT

This work presents resulted of research concerning the practical organizacionais of a company. The administrative structure of a company is of total importance so that all its processes can walk correctly to be able to satisfy its customers. The objective of this project is to make with that the pupils can understand and identify to all the organizacionais processes, evaluating its administrative structure in which if it makes to know the importance of the necessary and accurate execution of the tasks, thus being able to provide a bigger knowledge to you practise them that currently the work market demands.
