Competitivas trata principalmente das relações que se dão entre o pequeno produtor e o
Laticínio para onde vende sua produção, buscando fazer uma análise através da teoria das
Cinco Forças, de Porter.

Strategies and competitive advantages associated with the Local Productive Arrangement

Abstract
This article comes with the proposal to provide a discussion of strategies and competitive advantages associated with LPA (Local Productive Arrangements), with a focus on
Ariquemes, producer of cow milk in the state of Rondonia. Regarding Competitive Advantage deals mainly with relations that exist between the small producer and the Dairy where to sell their production, seeking to make an analysis using the theory of the Five Forces of Porter.
The article also seeks to conceptualize the clusters and describe the competitive advantages arising from them.
