RESUMO
O presente trabalho busca por meio dos estudos de textos propostos em sala conhecer a estrutura e para que serve a legislação que rege o licenciamento ambiental. A primeira questão que deve ser abordada é o que é licenciamento ambiental? para que as pessoas possam cumprir essa lei primeira precisa se conhecer do que se trata. Entre outros aspectos abordados podemos esclarecer dúvidas quanto às leis, para que casos servem e que tipos de documentos é preciso para se obter uma licença ambiental. Conhecer as leis é de extrema importância para qualquer seguimento ou área, conhecer direitos e deveres estão presentes na vida da humanidade a séculos, para que se possa cobrar algo ou ser cobrado sobre precisamos saber do que se trata. Além da lei de licenciamento a outro material que precisa se tornar público e de conhecimento geral a Constituição Federal, Art. 225, Resolução do CONAMA 237/97 para que se possa prevenir qualquer dano que aconteça hoje ou daqui a alguns anos.

ABSTRACT
The present work studies through the proposed texts in class about the structure and serving the legislation governing environmental licensing. The first question that must be addressed is what is environmental licensing? so people can fulfill this law first need to know what it is. Among other things we discussed inquiries regarding laws so that cases serve and what types of documents you need to obtain an environmental permit.
