ESTGIO ACADMICO ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE O PAPEL DO ESTAGIRIO PARA A JANES MODAS DE CORNELIO PROCOPIO AlunaRosana Bento de Moura Prof Flvia Maria da Silva Resumo Este artigo teve como objetivo descrever e avaliar a importncia do estgio para a formao acadmica e desenvolvimento profissional do estagirio e o valor que as Empresas privadas de pequeno porte que contratam o estagirio do ao mesmo. Como o estgio para a maioria dos estudantes a primeira experincia no mercado de trabalho esta a fase na qual o estudante poder vivenciar e assimilar teoria a prtica. Diante disso foi realizado um questionrio com a proprietria da Empresa para analisar a viso dela quanto importncia que ela atribui ao estgio e, assim verificar se o local de estgio oferece alternativas para o desenvolvimento profissional do estagirio. O estagirio teve-se a oportunidade de identificar os possveis problemas e sugerir solues para elevar a qualidade do mesmo. Palavras-chaves Estgio Estagirio - Formao Empresa privada. Abstract This paper aims to describe and evaluate the importance of the internship for academic and professional development of the trainee and the value that private Small businesses that hire the intern give the same. As the stage is for most students their first experience in the labor market this is the stage at which the student can assimilate the experience and practice theory. Thus a quantitative survey with owning the company was held to consider her vision as the importance it attaches to the stage and thus verify that the internship site offers alternatives to the professional development of the trainee.
