2- Why do you want to work with us? First because I need a new job and I wish to be part of the company and grow with. The opportunity is good for me and I think that I can count more for the results of the company. 3- What can you do for us that someone else cannot? I can do my best to improve the performance of the company. As every person has unique skills I believe I can help the company in a way nobody else can. 4- What do you look for in a job? I am looking for a job where I can learn new things and share knowledge too. I also expect to have more opportunities. 5- Why did you leave your previous job? Because the company had to cut costs and fired 25 employees, among these an analyst for each departament 6- Describe what you feel to be an ideal working environment? A place where we can work in harmony and as a team. 7- Why haven´t you found a new position before now? Because by the time of the year the business is stagnant 8- If I spoke to your previous boss, what would she say are your greatest strengths and weaknesses? She would say that I love to buy, I'm serious and competent. And weaknesses start a lot of things together in order to solve everything 9- What do you think your strengths and weaknesses are? * Strengths: compromising, work well with more people, good listener and communicator, focos on results * Weaknesses: start a lot of things together in order to solve everything. 10- How would you describe the essence of success? According to your definition, how successful have you been so far? Success for me is when a person is in full harmony professionally, personally and financially. In this moment I can say that I only have success in my personal life, because I want to grow more professionally in my area and as a result of this financially too. 11- What experience do you have which you think is relevant for this job? I have 8 years of experience
