Abstract: The world of the business, is shown extremely competitive at the present time, owed mainly to the effects of the acceleration of the technological development of products, processes and materials. The objective use of new administration technologies, it can be the difference that taket the organizations to the success. Larger flexibility of the structures of the organization, increase of the decentralization of power and of the taking of decision, continuous improvement, vision overall and maintainable development, they are some of the new postures and strategies that an organization has for manager herglobglobalization business. To contemplate on what is those new administration technologies, which are its advantages and disadvantages and as one suggests the appearance of the other, he/she becomes fundamental, for a vision than it should be the modern organization: that that should survive highly in a market competitive.
