O TRATAMENTO JURÍDICO SOBRE O DIREITO Á IGUALDADE ENTRE HOMENS E MULHERES E SUAS OBRIGAÇÕES [1]

RESUMO
O presente artigo tem por intuito, estabelecer os critérios utilizados pela Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil em seu art. 5º, I, falar sobre o direito à igualdade, os direitos e obrigações do homem e da mulher e o tratamento igualitário de ambas as partes, cujo principal objetivo será compreender melhor sobre o tratamento diferenciado entre os indivíduos, a discriminação e a grande desigualdade existente na sociedade, utilizando o método indutivo. Os problemas abordados não trazem um resultado imediato como deveriam, portanto devemos continuar combatendo esse tipo de exclusão e a partir dai conquistar a dignidade e o respeito dos seres humanos.

ABSTRACT
The present article has for intention, to establish the criterion used for the Brazilian Republic Federative Constitution in its art. 5º, I. Speech on the right to the equality, the rights and obligations of the man and the woman and the equality treatment of the both parts, whose main objective it will be to understand better on the treatment differentiated between the individuals, the discrimination and the great inequality existing in the society, using inductive method. The boarded problems do not bring an immediate result as they would have, however we must continue fighting this type of exclusion and from conquering the dignity and the respect of the human beings.
