RESUMO: O presente artigo tem como base o estudo teórico da filosofia de Hans Georg Gadamer e suas contribuições para a educação, com o objetivo de estabelecer uma reflexão sobre suas perspectivas, dialogando com estudiosos da sociedade atual, mostrando aspectos que evidenciam semelhanças e diferenças no que se refere ao processo educacional. Nesse sentido, linguagem, compreensão e diálogo serão expressos com o intuito de reforçar cada vez mais a importância da educação para convívio humano, seja ela adquirida através da própria ação do individuo em se educar, ou ser instruído a esse processo como prática necessária à socialização. Assim, a contribuição de Gadamer será apresentada pela forma como enfatiza e resgata conceitos relativos à educação, ressaltando a experiência para a transformação do sentido.

ABSTRACT: This article is based on the theoretical study of the philosophy of Hans Georg Gadamer and its contributions to education, with the goal of establishing a reflection on their perspectives, dialogue with scholars of contemporary society, showing aspects that highlight similarities and differences in referred to the educational process. In this sense, language understanding and dialogue will be expressed with the aim of further reinforcing the importance of education for human society, whether acquired through the individual's own action in educating, or be instructed to practice this process as necessary to socialization . Thus, the contribution of Gadamer will be presented by way emphasizes and presents concepts related to education, emphasizing the experience for the transformation of sense.
