O LÍDER NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES E A EVOLUÇÃO DA LIDERANÇA FEMININA
RESUMO. Mais do que simplesmente chefiar, liderar é fazer com que um grupo de pessoas trabalhe em equipe e gerem os resultados desejados pela empresa.
O líder é um agente estratégico dentro da organização. Em grande parte, dele dependem os bons resultados e o crescimento do negócio. Para liderar é preciso estar aberto aos desafios. Não existe uma receita, uma fórmula mágica. É algo que deve ser construído no dia a dia. Liderança é como investimento: rende juros e tem várias facetas: respeito, experiência, disciplina, entre tantas outras coisas. Neste artigo analisou-se o que é ser líder, os tipos de liderança, motivação e as concepções de liderança e entramos também na evolução feminina no mercado de trabalho e na sua forma de liderar, onde a mulher desempenha um papel fundamental em qualquer ambiente social, seja ele organizacional ou não, pois no mundo globalizado e dinâmico, a mulher naturalmente consegue se adaptar as mudanças e desempenhar várias tarefas ao mesmo tempo, se preocupando com tudo e com todos, sendo detalhista e atenciosa.
