RESUMO
Direito e economia fazem parte da mesma realidade social e, na sociedade atual se encontram em constante diálogo. Os saberes fragmentados, no entanto, não permitem esse reconhecimento. A questão, se percebe, é olhar de modo diferente esses fenômenos e transpor o alheamento e divergências existentes. No intuito de gerar uma aproximação e o reconhecimento da importância do direito nos resultados econômicos e, da economia na formulação jurídica, este artigo tem por objetivo analisar as relações entre direito e economia para ampliar o diálogo entre saberes, com vistas a entender outras maneiras de se compreender este fenômeno. Assim, mediante a pesquisa bibliográfica e a reflexão, busca-se afirmar a importância de uma interligação entre direito e economia. Como conclusão do estudo, pode-se afirmar que existe uma estreita conexão estrutural e funcional entre direito e economia. Trata-se de relações de determinação de cada um pelo outro.

ABSTRACT
Law and economics are part of the same social reality and, in today's society are in constant dialogue. The fragmented knowledge, however, do not allow this recognition. The issue, one realizes, is to look differently these phenomena and incorporate the alienation and divergences. In order to generate an approximation and recognition of the importance of law on economic outcomes and economics in legal drafting, this article aims to analyze the relationship between law and economics to broaden the dialogue between knowledge’s in order to understand other ways to understand this phenomenon. Thus, based on the literature research and reflection, we seek to affirm the importance of interconnection between law and economics. As a conclusion of the study, it can be stated that there is a close structural and functional connection between law and economics. It
