INDISCIPLINA, LIMITES E RELAÇÕES DE PODER ENTRE PROFESSOR E ALUNOS DE EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL.

Resumo
Perante este artigo apontaremos a indisciplina na Educação Infantil pelos docentes como um dos principais obstáculos ao trabalho pedagógico. O objetivo deste trabalho é tentar resgatar alguns aspectos da postura do professor em relação à manipulação e a falta de limites das crianças, em específico das instituições privadas. Definir limites com os alunos, deixar claro o que é possível ser feito e em que situações eles poderão ser cobrados só auxilia em seu crescimento pessoal e em suas atividades estudantis. Um estudo foi realizado com professores da rede particular do Município de Cascavel, onde responderam questões referentes à manipulação dos alunos perante aos mesmos por terem tratamento submisso. Os resultados indicaram que existe uma submissão do professor, mas essa não está explícita por se tratar de escolas particulares onde se privilegia o aluno, ocasionando a indisciplina. Conclui-se que sustentar esses limites em princípios e valores que lhe dêem respaldo para viver com dignidade é muito importante, pois assim, é estabelecida uma relação entre professor e aluno e entre escola e família.

Abstract
Before this article we will point the indiscipline in the Infantile Education for the professors as one of the main obstacles to the pedagogical work. The objective of this work is to try to rescue some aspects of the position of the professor in relation to the manipulation and the lack of limits of the children, in specific of the private institutions.
