RESUMO
A zona de ambiente natural 1-ZAN1, setor 1, abrange á área do parque ambiental de Belém, onde o plano diretor a cidade traça objetivos e diretrizes para o setor, a qual estar ligado diretamente a população da capital e sua região metropolitana, pois na área ambiental encontra-se os lagos Água Preta e Bolonha a qual fazem o abastecimento de cidade de Belém e região metropolitana de Belém (RMB), e vários são os problemas referente a relação dos habitantes e a área ambiental, o crescimento demográfico, ocasionando ocupações irregulares e sem estrutura e uma aumento de consumo de água, pressionando o governo a fazer investimento nas área de abastecimento e saneamento básico.

ABSTRACT
The area of natural environment ZAN1-1, Sector 1, covers the area of environmental park of Bethlehem, where the city master plan outlines goals and guidelines for the sector, which be connected directly to the population of the capital and its metropolitan area, as in the environmental area is the Black Water and Bologna lakes which make the supply of the city of Bethlehem and the metropolitan region of Belém (RMB), and there are several problems concerning the relation of the inhabitants and environmental, demographic growth, causing occupations irregular and without structure and an increase in water consumption, pressing the government to make investment in the area of supply and basic sanitation.
