RESUMO
A globalizagäo desperta a ilusäo de que a humanidade poderia ganhar o mundo inteiro.
Porem, facilmente percebe-se que sb uma parte da humanidade dispOe desde privilegio e os danos que resultam, principalmente em relagäo a tudo que ja existiu, serâo muito maiores. Estruturas e conquistas democraticas serào provavelmente enfraquecidas ou ate mesmo destruidas, assim como o individuo, desprotegido, fica a mercy do mercado. A adaptagão ao processo de aproveitamento imposto pelo capitalismo tera, em conseqiiiencia, uma conjuntura mais elevada.
Naturalmente o campo dos esportes nä° cria uma excegao. A crenga na funcionalizagâo do corpo praticada mundialmente e revestida corn o brilho, corn o glamour dos bens de consumo,

pois so assim o artigo esporte pode ser oferecido corn sucesso.

ABSTRACT
Globalization creates the ilusion that all human beings can have access to everything. However, it can be easily perceived that only a small part of humanity has this privilege, and that the harm that results, mainly concerning everything that existed before globalization, is much greater.
Democratic structures, achieved through the years, will probably weakened and even destroyed, as well as the individual, unprotected and at the mercy of the market.
The adaptation to the process of exploitation imposed by capitalism, will consequently be on a larger scale. Naturally, the field of sports is no exception. The belief in the functional importance of the body is put into practice all over the world, and covered over with the glimmer and glamour of consumer goods, for only in this way can sporting goods be offered to the public with success.
