A IMPORTÂNCIA DOS FATORES MOTIVACIONAIS NA ORGANIZAÇÃO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA LOJA NO MUNICÍPIO DE TANGARÁ DA SERRA-MT

RESUMO

O mercado de trabalho para o profissional de administração é muito amplo, pois apresenta diversas alternativas. Nesse sentido, esse trabalho objetivou analisar a importância dos fatores da motivação no desempenho dos funcionários em uma empresa no município de Tangara da Serra-MT. Para tal finalidade, foi feito um levantamento de dados primários. Foram aplicados questionários para 13 colaboradores na empresa. Os resultados revelam que os colaboradores têm uma grande satisfação nos fatores motivacionais internos da empresa. Verificou- se ainda que os resultados revelaram que tem uma suma importância a motivação na empresa, as dinâmicas e as reuniões para se alcançar os objetivos e metas da organização. Verificou- se ainda que a liderança tem contribuído de uma forma fundamental para que se possa tanto de forma direta e indireta contribuir para se alcançar os objetivos traçados nas empresas.

ABSTRACT

The job market for professional management is very broad, as it presents several alternatives. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the importance of motivation on employee performance in company stores avenue. For this purpose, a survey was made of primary data. 13 questionnaires were applied in the shop promenade. The results reveal that the employees have great satisfaction in internal motivational factors of the company. It was found that the results still show that has a very important motivation in the company, the dynamics and meetings to achieve the objectives and goals of the organization. It was found also that the leadership has contributed in a fundamental way so you can both directly and indirectly contribute to achieving the objectives outlined in corporations.
