A ENFERMAGEM NA UTI NEONATAL: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

RESUMO
Estudo de natureza qualitativa do tipo bibliográfica, cujo objetivo foi identificar o trabalho da enfermagem na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTIN), assim como sua relação com a família do recém-nascido (RN) e com a equipe multiprofissional. A busca do material foi realizada a partir da análise de material já elaborado, constituída de livros e artigos científicos; estes foram lidos, para posteriormente serem identificados os temas de interesse. Os resultados demonstram que o trabalho da enfermagem na UTIN é de fundamental importância, tanto junto ao RN como à sua família, devendo sempre contribuir para a manutenção do vínculo entre os pais e seu filho, dando suporte e a orientação que estes necessitam, tanto durante a hospitalização da criança como após a alta.

THE NURSING IN THE NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT: A REVIEW

ABSTRACT
Study of a qualitative type of literature, whose aim was to identify the work of nursing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as well as its relationship with the family of the newborn (NB) and the team. The search was made of the material from the analysis of material already prepared, consisting of books and scientific articles, they were read, later to be identified topics of interest. The results show that the work of nursing in the NICU is of fundamental importance, both from the newborns and their families, must always contribute to the maintenance of the link between parents and their child, providing support and guidance they need, both during the child's hospitalization and after discharge.
