Tarugos
Produzidos pelo Sistema Wagstaff Air Slip, com tratamento de desgaseificação, filtragem e refino do grão, os tarugos VM possuem melhor acabamento superficial e estrutura interna mais uniforme e fina que a dos tarugos fundidos por meio de processos convencionais.
Embora normalmente sejam utilizadas ligas da série 6XXX para a produção dos tarugos, outras ligas podem ser empregadas, mediante solicitação. Os tarugos são utilizados como matéria-prima para a produção de perfis, que são utilizados na fabricação de portas, janelas, persianas etc.

Ingots
The ingots manufactured by the VM are destined to recasting, utilized as a raw-material in casting plants and also in the deoxidization. They are obtained from the solidification of the aluminum in permanent molds (molds), with controlled cooling. They are produced in different alloys:
99,7%, 99,85% of aluminum and silicon ingot for wheels industry.

Billets
Produced through the Wagstaff Air Slip System, with de-gasification, filtering and grain refining treatment, the VM billets have better surface finishing, more uniform and thinner
