Condições de Trabalho no Transporte Coletivo

Resumo

Este artigo irá abordar o desgaste e a responsabilidade dos motoristas no transporte coletivo, as condições de trabalho em todos os seus aspectos e as condições físicas das frotas. O principal objetivo do transporte coletivo é transportar pessoas e isso é de muita responsabilidade das empresas e os usuários dependem deste transporte para trabalhar, ir à escola, entre outros motivos. A responsabilidade principal é o transporte de vidas, por isso os motoristas devem ser muito bem treinados e as condições dos veículos devem estar em perfeito estado. Também será abordado, o contato humano entre o motorista e o cobrador com os usuários, e os problemas que os trabalhadores enfrentam no dia-a-dia como: assaltos, trânsito intenso, entre outros.

This article will approach the wear and tear and the drivers' responsibility in the public transportation, the work conditions in all their aspects and the physical conditions of the fleets. The main objective of the public transportation is to transport people and that is of a lot of responsibility of the companies and the users depend on this transport to work, to go to the school, among other reasons. The main responsibility is the transport of lives, for that the drivers should be very well and the conditions of the vehicles should be in perfect state.
