RESUMO

A empresa Mitsuya Industria Farmaceutica, com sede no Japão tem como intenção conquistar o mercado sul americano.
Como tatica, adotou a implantação de uma filial brasileira que será responsavel pela operação de suas transações e pela sua ampliação no mercado latino.
O presente documento tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo sobre as viabilidades ténicas e financeiras desta implantação dessa filial no Brasil
Sua abragencia encorpora desde o desenho da infraestrutura de TI e seu gerenciamento, viabilidade financeirra da implantação e manutenção e avaliação macro e microeconomica para determinar a localização da flial.

ABSTRACT
The company Mitsuya Industria Farmaceutica proposal headquartered in Japan is intended to conquer the South American Market
As a tactic, the company adopted the deployment of a Brazilian subsidiary which will be responsible for the operation of its transactions and expansion in the LATAM market
This paper work aims to present a study of the financial viability of this techniques and deployment of such a subsidiary in Brazil, The scope includes, from designing the IT Infrasctrure and Management, financial feasibility of deploying and maintaining macro and microeconomic evaluation and to determine the location of the branch office.
