RESUMO

O presente estudo teve por objetivo analisar a assistência da humanização ao pré-natal, o acompanhamento a gestante nas unidades básicas de saúde (UBS) desde os exames, cuidados com a mulher e o bebê, até o papel do pai nessa linda fase em que se encontra o casal. A presente pesquisa foi baseada exclusivamente em revisões bibliográficas, sendo estes, diversos artigos científicos publicados no período de 2006 a 2010. Pela análise dos artigos verificou-se que há necessidade a humanização na atenção ao pré-natal é de suma importância para a mulher e o bebê, diminuindo notoriamente o índice de mortalidade materna e fetal. A capacitação dos profissionais da rede publica de saúde se deu necessária para que o atendimento seja de qualidade e humanizado.

ABSTRACT
The present study aimed to analyze the assistance of humanization to prenatal, monitoring pregnant women in basic health units (BHU) from the examinations, care for the woman and the baby, to the role of the father in this beautiful phase in which is the couple. This research was based exclusively on literature review, these being, many scientific articles published in the period 2006-2010. Analyzing the articles it was found that there is a need to humanize the attention to prenatal care is very important for women and baby notoriously reducing the rate of maternal and fetal mortality. The training of professionals in the public health network was made necessary for the service is quality and humanized.
