UM ESTUDO SOBRE A TÉCNICA PARA A VITÓRIA NO JOGO DE NEGÓCIOS E SUAS LIÇÕES APRENDIDAS

Resumo. O presente artigo tem por finalidade apresentar a experiência vivida nos jogos de negócio pelo grupo vencedor, onde o objetivo era obter o maior lucro possível no mercado simulado de venda de água em três regiões da Alemanha. Através do balanceamento dos preços de venda e investimentos em maketing, junto a análise do mercado, havia o desafio de atrair a maior parte do mercado para venda de água normal, água gaseificada e água com limão. Serão apresentadas as estratégias utilizadas ao longo do jogo, onde o grupo esteve em uma evolução crescente, chegando ao último round com o maior lucro dentre os concorrentes. Serão elucidadas, também, as tomadas de decisões (baseadas no ERP) necessárias para a incrível virada, onde o grupo saiu do quarto lugar ao final do segundo round, para primeiro lugar ao final do terceiro round.

Abstract. This article aims to present the experience in the games business by winning group, where the goal was to obtain the highest possible profit on the sale of water in three regions of Germany. By balancing sales prices and investments in maketing, along with market analysis, there was the challenge of attracting a greater share of the market for sale normal water, carbonated water and water with lemon. The strategies used throughout the game, where the group was in a growing reaching the final round with the highest profit among the competitors will be presented, in addition to outlets based ERP decisions necessary for the incredible turn, where the group left the Fourth the end of the second round, first to the end of the third round.
