A atual relação entre homem e trabalho:
(im)possibilidade para a eudaimonía?

Resumo
Conforme o tema “felicidade” ganha relevância dentro das narrativas do campo da psicologia, sua origem e seus desdobramentos passam a ser estudados com maior atenção. De maneira geral, é atribuída a Aristóteles a origem do termo, através da concepção de eudaimonía. Para o filósofo, a felicidade não poderia ser compreendida aquém da ética e, através de uma vida de proximidade desta e reflexão, poderia se almejar uma vida feliz.
Entretanto, num contexto de avanços tecnológicos, globalização e
“autonomia”, uma insegurança ontológica emerge e incita o seguinte questionamento: o indivíduo é mais feliz hoje do que antigamente? Para compreender a relevância de tal pergunta, este artigo buscou identificar, de modo breve, as transformações da ética desde a Grécia Antiga até os dias atuais, quando o trabalho assume papel central. A partir do percurso traçado, foi realizada uma análise da organização capitalista do trabalho.

Abstract
As the theme "happiness" becomes relevant within the narratives on psychology field, its origin and consequences are to be studied more carefully. Generally, it is attributed to Aristotle the origin of the term, through the conception of eudaimonía. For the philosopher, happiness could not be understood short of ethics and, through a lifetime of closeness to it and reflection, one could aim for a happy life. However, in a context of technological advances, globalization and "autonomy," an ontological insecurity emerges raise the question: is the individual happier now than before? To understand the relevance of this question, we aimed to identify, briefly, the transformation of ethics from ancient Greece to the present day, when work takes center stage.
