O SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO GERENCIAL E SUA IMPORTÂNCIA NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DAS EMPRESAS

Resumo: O ambiente organizacional modifica-se com velocidade extraordinária que diretamente afeta as empresas, sejam elas bem sucedidas ou não, pois apresentam em geral as mesmas necessidades e expectativas, visto que atuam em um só contexto socioeconômico e sofrem semelhantes impactos. No entanto, os gestores tomam decisões rápidas e precisas com base em informações confiáveis e pertinentes, sendo que, para possuí-las fazse necessário um adequado sistema de informação gerencial. Percebe-se, então, que a informação é imprescindível, pois é através dela que o gestor conseguirá organizar a entidade e tomar decisões corretas no tempo certo. Esta pesquisa objetivou demonstrar a importância do sistema de informação gerencial para o desenvolvimento das empresas, e buscou demonstrar os problemas causados pela falta de informação gerencial nas empresas. Abstract: The organized atmosphere modifies with extraordinary speed that affects the companies directly, even if they are successful or not, because they present the same needs and expectations in general, as long as they act in only one social-economical context and they suffer similar impacts. However, the managers make fast and necessary decisions based in reliable and pertinent information, and, to possess them it is necessary an appropriate system of managerial information. It is noticed then that the information is indispensable; because it is through it that the manager will get to organize the entity and to make correct decisions in the right time.
