Since 2006, J.D. Power and Associates presented 55 awards to our clients.Award

Sitel provides customer care support for three of the top four dial-up ISPs, two of the top four high-speed ISPs, for the highest-ranked and largest wireless carrier, and for the nation’s leading digital television service. Five Sitel clients were among the top ten companies mentioned in 2007's Harris Interactive Annual Best Brands Survey for brand leadership. The list reflects the results ofan online survey of 2,372 U.S. adults in which respondents were asked to name three brands they consider best. Holiday Autos - Bronze Award for “Best Car Hire” from the British Travel Awards. The British Travel Awards accolade is one of the most coveted prizes in the travel industry as it is voted by the customer. Sitel has been providing customer service for this client since 2008. The entireSitel team is proud to have played a part in Holiday Autos’ success and helping them be the “Best Car Hire” available. One of the leading digital television service providers tied for the highest score for customer satisfaction among satellite and cable TV companies rated by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Sitel provides customer care, technical support, and sales programs for thisclient from multiple geographies.

LOVEFiLM - 9th Place in the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service 2010 The Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service initiative is a benchmarking exercise from Call Centre Focus, the UK’s leading magazine for call centre managers and customer service directors, in partnership with GfK NOP, one of the UK’s leading independent market research organisations. Itsgoal is to help call centres find out from the general public what makes a good calling experience, based on 20,000 mystery shopping calls. ELU Service Client - Customer Service of the Year A French telecommunications services provider has been awarded “Best Customer Service of the Year” by French market research company IFO P. The award was achieved after six weeks of thorough customer testingsupervised by IFO P. In total, 160 mystery shoppers contacted the client’s customer service teams via phone, email and mail. The research team used 17 different categories of criteria to evaluate the service provided. Sitel Helps World Technology Giant Win at ‘What Laptop Awards’ Sitel has helped one of our clients, a world technology giant, secure top honors at the What Laptop Mobile ComputingAwards 2008. What Laptop Magazine is a mobile gear buying guide with reviews of the latest mobile products, expert buying advice, and industry news.
