RESUMO
O presente estudo objetiva apurar qual é a forma mais benéfica de reduzir legalmente a carga tributária de uma empresa de transporte de carga intermunicipal e interestadual do município de Mondaí – SC. Realizou-se uma pesquisa teórico-empírica, exploratória, por meio de estudo de caso e análise quantitativa. O estudo evidenciou que a empresa está enquadrada no regime de tributação correto, ou seja, no Lucro Presumido para a execução das suas atividades econômicas, pois essa é a forma de tributação menos onerosa que permite a recolha de seus tributos de forma correta, demonstrando que o planejamento tributário é de grande importância para a saúde financeira da empresa. Com esta ferramenta a empresa consegue analisar se está ou não na direção certa no que diz respeito ao pagamento dos tributos, não cometendo nenhum tipo de evasão fiscal, possibilitando reduzir a carga tributária das empresas. ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine what is most beneficial to legally reduce the tax burden of a transport company intercity and interstate load form the municipality of Mondaí - SC. We performed a theoretical and empirical, exploratory research through case study and quantitative analysis. The study revealed that the company is framed in the correct taxation regime, ie, the presumed income for the implementation of their economic activities, as this is the least expensive form of taxation which allows the collection of its taxes correctly, demonstrating that tax planning is of great importance to the financial health of the company.
