RESUMO
Este documento apresenta um breve estudo sobre a montadora de carros
Toyota. É uma organização funcional: o superior pode comandar diferentes setores de trabalhos e os trabalhadores são multifuncionais, treinados a fazerem outros serviços alem do seu próprio. Tem a Internet, imprensa, jornais, anúncios, revistas, e-mails, telefônica, televisão, SAC, entre outros para comunicação. Na comunicação interna tem um endomarketing muito bem trabalhado. Utiliza MS Word, MS Excel,
MS PowerPoint entre outras ferramentas de informática que utiliza para gerenciar suas informações.
