ABSTRACT

The objective of this work is to increase the theoretical knowledge with practical, focusing on the everyday life of a real company. For this work the company chosen in the business of communication and entertainment called Radio Independência. As a research technique, we used a bibliography of primary and secondary sources, covering the disciplines of accounting, fundamentals of financial management and applied statistics. Therefore research sources were used more articles dealing with subjects studied and mainly about financial planning. The study revealed that all disciplines interact, as for reporting financial data will be necessary the accounting department and the analysis will depend on statistical calculations. In the financial management duties of the position denote special attention to raising funds and allocating them. In the finance manager is the power to shape the direction of the company.
