Atualmente é oficial (Tenente Coronel PM) atuando novamente como comandante do Batalhão das Rondas Ostensivas Táticas Metropolitanas – BPM-Rotam.

This work aims to show the importance of strengthening the groups of tactical patrol to the institution and the need to invest in these units the state to fight crime, with the acquisition of vehicles, weapons, equipment, and increase the effective capacity of these units. A brief history of the creation of tactical patrol in Goes, ROUTE, and the Metropolitan Tactical Rounds Chichi was performed. Analyzed and discussed the decree No. 975/2001 - PM/1, which establishes the creation of these groups, showing the need for some adjustments with the exception of some articles of the general rules of action. The ROTAM was exemplified as a unit that has received significant investment and restructuring after physical and human, showed effective results of operational productivity. Finally, it was suggested the formation of a committee to oversee the tactical teams in the state because it was verified the need to terminate and / or incorporate these groups that are in disagreement with the legislation in force.
