As mudanças no mercado de trabalho e o desemprego em Presidente Prudente/SP – Brasil (Resumo)

Nas últimas décadas, as mudanças estruturais e tecnológicas, produtivas e organizacionais vêm refletindo no mundo do trabalho. No presente trabalho, propusemos um estudo do mercado de trabalho e do desemprego. Seu objetivo principal foi verificar como o mercado de trabalho está estruturado, como suas transformações e o desemprego se manifestam numa cidade média. Buscamos compreender as mudanças estruturais do capitalismo, dentre as quais a globalização, políticas neoliberais e a Terceira Revolução Industrial, suas repercussões no mercado de trabalho e suas conseqüências como, por exemplo, o desemprego. Neste estudo, procuramos traçar o perfil dos cadastrados à procura de emprego através da SERT e, também mostrar como as transformações, que ocorreram no mercado de trabalho em Presidente Prudente, implicaram em novas atitudes empresariais.

The changes in the work market and the unemployment in Presidente Prudente/SP–Brazil (Abstract)

In the last decades, the changes structural, technological, productive and organizacionais they come reflecting in the world of the work. In the present work, we proposed a study of the work market and the unemployment. Its main objective was to verify as the work market is structuralized, as its changes and the unemployment if they reveal in an average city. We search to understand the structural changes of the capitalism, amongst which the globalization, neoliberal politics and the Third Industrial Revolution, its repercussions in the work market and its consequences as, for example, the unemployment.
