1. Brief Introduction of mountain excavation The project lies in the back of 310 mineral quay. The total quantity of mountain excavation is2,650,000.00m3. In fact, we will transport around 3,445,000.00m3。 Since the quantity of mountain excavation is rather large, enough trucks and excavators are needed to meet the productivity 10000m3 per day. The excavated rock should be clarified to stock. During exploiting the rock material with the explosive method, measures should be taken to make the exploited rock material meet above requirements.The surplus rock material will be transported to the construction site to backfill. Besides, about 1,000,000.00m3 rock material will be implement waste disposal plan. 2. Mountain excavation technical plan First of all, the surface of the mountain should be unsoiled and a 1500m long construction gangway will be built. Different grain diameters of rock will be used in the project. It is designed touse deep hole differential explosion method with 100mm-hole diameter to excavate the rock material. During the explosion, hole and network parameter, single depletion of explosive material, structure of borehole loading and differential section should be controlled to make the excavated rock material meet the quality requirements. Furthermore, the rock material should be selected, clarified duringthe loading to guarantee the specification of the rock material meeting the material quantity and quality demand. After stocking enough rock material for construction, the remaining will be implement waste disposal plan. (1)Explosion and layout design of hole style ① Drilling hole manner: It is mainly used shallow-hole driller as punching device. Since the vertical deep hole is easy to operateand it will not block the hole when charging the explosive material, the vertical deep-hole manner will be adopted to drill hole. ② Hole style: Considering the equal distribution of explosive energy and improving the blasting effect, the shape of plum flower will be used as hole distributing manner.

(2)Priming style Inaccordance that the situation of the explosive area will affect the explosive trembling, the quantity of explosive material of the largest section will be controlled. In order to meet the demand of rock size, differential network will be used to prime. The interval time of differential is 50-100ms. Under the normal condition, non-electrical detonator will be adopted to prime the network. (3)Decidingthe width of the working platform The width of the working platform should meet the requirements of punching the hole and safely transporting the equipment. Since shallow-hole driller, excavator and dumper will be used on the quarry, the width of the working platform will be designed 30-25m. 3. Deep hole blasting construction (1) 、Blasting technology
