The Mailänder brand
name has always
been associated with
robust and reliable
metal decorating
machines able to
process all types of
metal sheets in the
market.

The robust design of the MAILÄNDER 222meets the exacting requirements of
printing on metal sheets and assures reliable operation even when printing large or heavy sheets.
This allows printing with a high degree of accuracy at speeds up to 7 000 sheets per hour.
Simplicity of construction combined with
German engineering ensure trouble-free
running and low operation costs.
High quality output on tinplate or aluminium is assured withthe machine being
operated from the central control panel.
The standard MAILÄNDER 222 printing
press already includes an alcohol film
dampening unit with delta-effect and
motorised lateral and circumferential
register adjustment.

Now, the latest model also includes the
newly developed motorised diagonal
register setting to compensate for printing plate tolerance variations.
Other key optionssuch as the MechaTronic
automatic plate change, quick blanket
clamping, automatic blanket washing,
ColorTronic remote controlled ink ducts
and the new infeed table with CNC format
setting are all vital to increase your
profitability.

The press is of a modular configuration
allowing you to extend your line and
install additional equipment with the
minimum of disruption. It can be supplied
withany combination of UV and thermal
curing systems.
The experience gained from hundreds of
successful projects ensures that all new
installations are completed quickly followed by a rapid move through commissioning into production.
