A CONCEPÇÃO MARXISTA DE EDUCAÇÃO EM LEONTIEV

Resumo
O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a concepção de educação em Leontiev, integrante da escola da psicologia soviética, que se encontra fundamentada em
Marx. Tomando como fio condutor de sua investigação a categoria ontológica do trabalho, o autor defende a idéia, segundo a qual, o homem é o sujeito ativo no processo de apropriação e, para sobreviver, tem que encarnar e desenvolver em si mesmo as aptidões humanas formadas ao longo da história.
Neste sentido, ele acentua que o processo de apropriação tem como característica principal a criação de novas aptidões e de novas funções psíquicas, reservando à educação uma importância fundamental. Contudo, o autor entende que o desenvolvimento pleno das capacidades humanas só poderia se efetivar numa sociedade emancipada e, para isto, é necessário que se dê a total dissolução do capitalismo.

MARXIST UNDERSTANDING OF EDUCATION IN LEONTIEV
Abstract
The objective of the paper is to analyze the concept of education according to
Leontiev, a member of the school of Soviet psychology, which is based on
Marx. Electing the ontological category of labor, as the ruling principle of his investigation, the author defends the idea that man is the active subject in the process of appropriation, and to survive has to incarnate and develop in himself the human skills produced throughout history. In this sense, it stresses that the appropriation process has, as its main characteristic, the creation of new skills and new mental functions, attributing ascribing to education, a role of fundamental importance. However, the author considers that the full development of human capabilities could only be accomplished in an emancipated society, what requires the total dissolution of capitalism.
