The Summary of Theseus and the Minotaur

Theseus was a young man who had two fathers, Poseidon (The God of the Sea) and King Aegeus, but he did not know either. Until one day when his mother asked him to move a big rock and he did it and found a sword, the King’s Aegeus Sword. He left his house to go meet them. Theseus found many obstacles, but he was a strong man and defeats them.
When he arrived in Athens, where Aegeus lived, he had another difficulty: his father has a wife who did not like him, because Theseus was the first son of the king and he would inherit the throne when his father died. Medea, his stepmother was so mad that tried to kill him, but the King stopped her.
One evening, Aegeus was in the garden and looked unhappy and Theseus asked his father why he was so sad, and he answered that Minos had two sons, but they killed one in a fight, but Minos won the fight, and now, every fourteen young Athenians go to Crete to the Minotaur eat them. Theseus was terrified and volunteered to go to the island of Crete and kill the Minotaur (a creature that is half man and half bull, the other son of Minos). So he promised his father that he would return home alive.
