Breakfast

CURD RICE RECIPE
Ingredients of this recipe:
1 cup boiled Rice
2 cups Yogurt (Curd)
2 tblsp Oil
1/4 cup Milk
Finely chopped Coriander Leaves
1-2 Green Chilies
1tsp Chana Daal
1 tsp Urad Daal
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped Ginger
2 tblsp desiccated Coconut
1/2 tsp Salt

Method to make this recipe : curd rice :
In a saucepan heat 2tablespoonful of oil.
Add mustard seeds to the oil.
When the mustard seeds start popping add chana and urad daal.
After a minute, add in the ginger, coriander and green chilies.
Saute them for a minute.Take the pan off the gas.
Add in the rice.
Mix the salt and desiccated coconut.
Just before serving, mix all the ingredients with yogurt (curd) and milk.

LUNCH/DINNER
PALAK PARATA RECIPEIngredients of this recipe:
2 cups Chapati Flour
1 cup Spinach (palak), finely chopped and steamed
1tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
1/4th tsp. chili powder or black pepper powder
Oil / butter toshallow fry

Method to make this recipe:
Drain the steamed spinach and cool it to room temperature.
Now mix all ingredients- flour, spinach (palak), salt, chili powder, cumin seeds and 1 tbsp. oil .Add enough water to make a dough of rolling consistency.
Cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then make small balls and roll them like parathas.
Put the palak paratha on the tawa (Griddle) andmake like you make any paratha.
Serve palak parantha hot with home-made butter,curd or chutney of your choice.

AAM PANNA Drink Recipe

Ingredients of this recipe:
6 medium sized GreenMango (Aam)
33/4th cup Water
1 tsp dry-roasted and grounded Cumin Seed (Jeera)
1/2 tsp Red chili Powder (Lal Mirchi)
1 tsp Salt (Namak)
3 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni)
3 tblsp chopped Mint Leaves(Pudina Leaves)
12 crushed Ice-cubes

Method to make this recipe : aam panna:
Place the mangoes with water to cover in a sauce-pan and bring to boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain off the water...
