EXAME DA FUNÇÃO HEPÁTICA NA MEDICINA VETERINÁRIA

RESUMO

Os parâmetros clínico-patológicos usados para avaliar o fígado refletem estes componentes estruturais e podem ser divididos em três grupos: testes enzimáticos, exames de síntese e metabolismo e de transporte e excreção. É importante citar que resultados anormais nestes testes podem refletir tanto distúrbios hepáticos primários quanto secundários. O objetivo dessa revisão de literatura é abordar os principais exames laboratoriais realizados no diagnóstico dos problemas hepáticos na Medicina Veterinária. ABSTRACT

The clinical pathological parameters used for evaluating the liver reflect these structural compounds and can be divided by three groups: enzymatic tests, exams of synthesis and metabolism and of transportation and excretion. It is important to say that abnormal results in these test can be reflect either primary hepatic disturbances or secondary. The objective of this literature revision is aboard the main laboratorial exams realized in diagnosis of hepatic problems in Veterinary Medicine. Key words: ALT, hepatic injury, liver.
