A IGUALDADE E LIBERDADE NA VISÃO DE ARISTÓTELES: BASEANDO-SE NO LIVRO ÉTICO A NICÔMACO.

RESUMO: O presente artigo foi elaborado com intuito de mostrar na visão de alguns filósofos, e principalmente de um dos maiores deles, o filosofo Aristóteles, o que venha a ser Igualdade e Liberdade baseado-se também no livro Ético a Nicômaco do mesmo autor. Tendo em vista que as questões de Igualdade; Liberdade e Ética são inerentes ao ser humano, portanto, iremos analisá-los, aqui, cada um deles separadamente, buscando uma melhor visão destas Virtudes que são de grande importância na vida prática das pessoas e que são tão almejadas nesta nova sociedade, onde os seres buscam mais e mais um ideal de justiça e confiam ao Direito esta tarefa de mostrar a igualdade entre seres, de tratar todos dignamente, de mostrar que os direitos fundamentais de uma pessoa são invioláveis, afinal de se fazer uma justiça clara e e sobretudo, justa.

THE EQUALITY AND FREEDOM IN THE VIEW OF ARISTOTLE: BASED ON THE BOOK NICOMACHEAN ETHICS.

ABSTRACT: This article was written with the intention to show the vision of the great philosopher Aristotle that may be equality and also based on the book of the Nicomachean Ethics Freedom same author. Given that issues of equality, freedom and ethics are inherent to the human being, so we will analyze them here, each one separately, seeking a better view of these virtues which are of great practical importance in the lives of people and are so longed in this new society, where more and more beings seek an ideal of justice and trust law to the task of showing the equality of beings, treating everyone with dignity, to show that the fundamental rights of a person are inviolable, after make a clear justice.
