A EVOLUÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL NO BRASIL

RESUMO

Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar como se deu a evolução da Educação Infantil no Brasil, e de que maneira veio contribuir para o aprendizado das crianças pequenas. Para isso foi necessário o entendimento de algumas leis como a 5692-72, 9394-96, a mais recente 11274-06 e a constituinte de 88 que melhor esclareceram sobre esse assunto, e também o estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) lei n 8069 de 1990, que afirma os direitos da criança e a protege. Com embasamento teórico fundamentado em alguns escritores e pesquisadores como: Sônia Kramer, Zilma de Oliveira, Moises Kuhlman, cujas reflexões possibilitaram-me um maior aprofundamento teórico, para entender melhor esse processo histórico em torno da educação infantil, bem como a investigação da importância da legislação para a existência da educação infantil na sociedade brasileira, para que possamos fazer uma reflexão do real papel da mesma e melhorar a nossa prática de sala de aula enquanto educadores.

ABSTRAT

This article´s objective is to investigate how was the evolution of the Infant Education in Brazil, and how it contributed to the learning process of the young children. For that it was necessary to comprehend some of the laws like the 5692-72, 9394-96, and recently 11274-06 and also the constituent of 88 that better give clarification about this issue, and also the statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA) law number 8069 of 1990, which affirm the rights of the child and also protect them.
