RESUMO

Este artigo tem por finalidade analisar as normas brasileiras de segurança contra incêndio e pânico, a fim de buscar uma proposta de definição quanto à utilização de um ou dois jatos de água para cobertura de áreas de risco, no que tange a Prevenção de Incêndio. Preliminarmente, cumpre alcançar, por meio de uma análise comparativa, as variáveis que afetam a matéria, quais sejam: normatização específica, tendência nacional e aplicação operacional.

APPLICATION OF SIMPLE JET OR DOUBLE JET IN THE MAIN FIRE PREVENTION RULES IN BRAZIL

ABSTRACT

This article aims to investigate the brazilian rules of deploying a standard technical procedure for creating the Fire Safety Plan and Panic Simplified (PSS) in the Fire Department of Paraná. This topic is of paramount importance, not only for the pure and simple implementation of a process, but to prevail one of the most basic constitutional principles of public administration, which is efficiency. For this project there was observation and review of the literature on fire safety plan and panic, the statistical analysis of safety plans for new buildings, identification of fire safety measures that will be required for certain buildings and propose criteria for adoption of the Fire Safety Plan and Panic Simplified (PSS). Therefore there is a need to vent institutional sectors analyzes of projects in buildings considered low risk, channeling forces to more complex projects.
