RESUMO

Diante do aprofundamento no estudo dos princípios e normas constitucionais que visam proteger os direitos individuais do trabalhador, o presente artigo científico pretende apontar as mais importantes nuances acerca do assédio moral. Inicialmente será elaborado um breve histórico e evolução legislativa sobre o tema, o apontamento das principais características de referida prática e as medidas que visam coibir e punir os agentes. As abordagens e comentários sobre o tema serão elaborados a partir da análise da legislação, doutrina, jurisprudência pátria e artigos científicos. De maneira clara e concisa, a expectativa é de que tal artigo possa contribuir com os estudiosos deste tormentoso e atual tema presente nas relações de trabalho.

ABSTRACT

Given the study of the principles and constitutional norms designed to protect individual rights of workers, this scientific article intends to point out the most important nuances about the bullying. Initially it will be prepared a brief historical and legal developments on the subject, the pointing of the main characteristics of this practice and measures to deter and punish agents. The approaches and comments on the topic will be drawn from the analysis of the legislation, doctrine, jurisprudence homeland and scientific articles. Clearly and concisely, it is expected that this paper can contribute to the students of this stormy and now this theme in labor relations.
