RESUMO
Tratar-se-á da responsabilidade social da empresa e da sustentabilidade no ambiente do trabalho, pois este é tema que gera inúmeros debates e está relacionado ao estado físico e psíquico do trabalhador e da sociedade que é peça fundamental para a empresa obter uma maior lucratividade.
Procurar-se-á expor as características e particularidades da responsabilidade social da empresa e da sustentabilidade no ambiente do trabalho, mas, principalmente, responder dúvidas sobre a matéria. Por isso, adotar-se-á o método dedutivo e a técnica de pesquisa indireta, pois se partirá de premissas gerais para chegar às específicas, segundo a legislação, doutrinas e artigos. Desejouse, portanto, não esgotar tal temática, mas demonstrar sua importância e os benefícios do empregado, empregador, sociedade e meio ambiente, já que se busca resgatar a qualidade de vida das pessoas ligadas direta ou indiretamente com as atividades desenvolvidas pela empresa, como também influenciá-las para que sejam valorizadas como cidadãos e consumidores.

ABSTRACT
It will be treated about the social responsibility of the company and the sustainability in the labor’s environment, because this subject generates numerous debates and it is related to the physical and mental state of the worker and the society which is a key to the company achieve greater profitability. It will be searched the exposure of the features and the particularities of the social responsibility of the company and the sustainability in the labor’s environment, but, mainly, to answer the questions about the subject.
